Bright Flowers in a White Jug

Charming Swedish floral of bright pink, purple, white, and yellow flowers in a white jug.

Signed Hans Larsson, 1910-1973, dated '54. Larsson is one of my favourite artists, known in particular for his kitchen still life paintings. This floral is rather more unusual but shows all his style and charm!

Oil on board in a vintage wood frame with linen trim.

Frame: 50 x 41 cm / 19 1/2 x 16 inches.
