Abstract Harbour

Bright Swedish painting of a harbour with mosaic boathouses and a white boat in the dock.I love the way the houses around the harbour are layered into the background with gradually fading colours; a beautiful and interesting painting.

Signed Birger Welander, 1916-1985.

Oil on canvas in a vintage wood frame.

Frame: 47 x 73 cm / 18 1/2 x 28 1/2 inches.
