Twigs in a White Jug

Atmospheric painting of bud stems in a blue edged white jug. The jug is set on a table in front of a window, and both have been rendered in tones of blues and greens to create an almost cubist background. The twigs themselves have been given volume with the judicious use of bright blue edges, an art class staple.
