Gordon Macfie 1910-1971 signed. Gordon was the son of a Scottish explorer who emigrated with his family to Sweden in 1845. He studied in Stockholm and attended art school in London to study graphic design for a year. He travelled extensively in Scotland, France and Spain and exhibited widely in Sweden in his lifetime. He is widely held in Swedish museums.
